Return Policy:
Elevate Streetwear now holds select items in stock, allowing for faster delivery! Please note that returns are only available if the product is damaged upon arrival or if there is an error in the printing process. We do not offer exchanges.
Process for Returns:
- If you receive a damaged product or experience a printing error, please take clear pictures of the issue.
- Email the pictures along with your order number and a brief description of the problem to info@elevatestreetstyle.com.
- Our customer service team will assess your claim and respond within 7 business days.
- If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the damaged or incorrect item.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.
Important Notes:
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that don’t meet our criteria or are submitted after the 30-day period.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
- Elevate Streetwear will cover shipping costs for returns due to damage or printing errors.
